Nope, not surprised of anything yet. I just like saying it. Okay okay, this is the 2nd mocktail recipe that i have in my collection. It has the taste from the papaya and the pineapple flavor puts a ‘zing’ in this drink. The milky taste from ’santan’ or coconut milk balanced it off making this mocktail a sweet drink on a summer’s day by the beach accompanied by a book or with a friend, getting a tan. Try it.. Ahh~ heaven

CARRIBEAN ISLAND
2 oz papaya juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2 tablespoon(tsp) coconut milk(’santan’)
1 oz grenadine syrup
Method :
Shake and pour
Glass :
Hurricane glass (to make it more fun, serve it in unusually shaped glass of your creativity)
Garnish :
Pineapple half moon or other colorful decorations of your creativity
*Mocktail’s wilder sister:
To turn this into a cocktail, add a splash of dark rum
